The RoleWe are seeking a structured and forward-thinking CRM Specialist to own our business processes related to our CRM to ensure streamlined and scalable workflows in our operations team (Marketing, Sales, Support & Customer Success).
The CRM Specialist will be responsible for translating everyday workflows into well-documented processes that are implemented in a user-friendly manner and smooth technical solutions in our CRM
With the CRM at the center of our business processes, you will be the owner of the CRM platform and will, together with the Growth Team, be responsible for its implementation to meet our strategic needs.
In this role, you will join our super sharp and cool Umbraco Growth team whose finest job is to find new ways to scale the business operations. The team consists of 10 members and they are known for getting things done while having fun. In this team, they celebrate failure (with their very own mascot, Johan The Moose) and have a strong focus on being reliable and challenging the ways things are done.
Key Responsibilities- Ownership of our CRM platform along with ensuring a user-friendly experience and a strong technical setup
- Ensure clear documentation of our business processes to ensure faster onboarding for the commercial team
- Identify friction points and opportunities for improvement in our CRM
- Optimize the customer journey by improving, automating and enforcing internal business processes
- Support the team in ensuring a good data structure that enables us to do solid reporting and data visualization
- Support the rest of the team in work on improving integrations between the CRM and other tools

Besides your awesome personality, you will get plus points for having:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- Relevant years of experience in growth marketing, sales or related roles with a significant focus on automation and processes
- Experience with CRM tools and Sales Intelligence tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to translate needs and wants into technical solutions and being able to document and share these with the right stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- The position: Full time 37 hours/week
- Start date: As soon as possible
