We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead our team at DL Fried Chicken (https://dlfriedchicken.dk/) in Odense, Denmark.

As a popular fast-food restaurant, DL Fried Chicken is committed to delivering excellent customer service and delicious food to our patrons.

We are looking for a dynamic manager who can ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintain high standards of quality, and deliver on our brand promise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the director regarding the management and supervision of all aspects of the restaurant, including day-to-day operations, sales, inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
  • Ensure that the restaurant maintains high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff, ensuring that they are motivated, engaged, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Collaborates interdepartmentally with the other outlet to plan and execute in-store.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure that revenue targets and cost controls are met.
  • Analyse sales trends, customer feedback, and other performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Reports directly to the Management Operations
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or management or similarly related subject.
  • Experience in restaurant management, preferably in the fast-food industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team of staff and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Understanding of financial management and experience with budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
