OHPT is looking for AMK Deputy Manager
Health & Safety Management
Preparation and implementation of PSS and AMK plans in accordance with project and legal requirements.
Performing AMK safety inspections and continuous site monitoring.
Coordinating and participating in client safety inspections and monitoring activities.
Preparing and reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) for all project activities.
Conducting WEA inspections and ensuring follow-up on corrective actions.
Reporting and investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Managing safety observations and ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
Coordination & Communication
Daily communication and coordination with clients, subcontractors, and site management.
Leading start-up meetings with subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety procedures and project requirements.
Organising and facilitating safety meetings, toolbox talks, and internal status meetings.
Supporting collaboration across all project stakeholders to maintain a strong safety culture.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Preparing safety statistics, reports, and performance follow-ups.
Driving new safety initiatives, awareness campaigns, and continuous improvement activities.
Monitoring compliance with company standards, client requirements, and relevant legislation.
Professional Profile
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
Proactive and solution-oriented approach to health and safety management.
Excellent organisational and coordination skills in busy construction environments.
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration across all organisational levels.
Strong attention to detail with a structured and systematic approach to work.
Experienced in conflict resolution and promoting a positive safety culture on site.
Confident in conducting inspections, safety meetings, toolbox talks, and presenting safety requirements clearly and professionally.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with focus on KPI follow-up and continuous improvement.
Flexible, reliable, and capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Committed to maintaining high HSE standards and ensuring compliance with client and legal requirements.
Motivated by creating safe working environments and driving behavioural safety initiatives.
Professional and calm under pressure with strong decision-making abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English are a requirement with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
