The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Growth Project Manager to steer our web development projects and spearhead growth initiatives centered around lead generation and conversion.
The Growth Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing web development projects from conception to launch and leveraging web performance insights to drive growth. The ideal candidate will be adept at executing growth-focused strategies that propel our online presence and translate to tangible conversions.
In this role, you will join our super sharp and cool Umbraco Growth team whose finest job is to find new ways to scale the business operations. The team consists of 5 members and they are known for having a friendly and competitive atmosphere. In this team, they celebrate failure (with their very own mascot, Johan The Moose) and have a strong focus on being reliable and challenging the ways things are done.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all web development projects, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
- Ensure that all web development projects are prioritized and aligned according to our business strategy and commercial goals.
- Collaborate closely with the development team, the design team, and marketing team to align web design with growth objectives.
- Analyze web performance metrics and use insights to optimize for growth and user experience.
- Deliver a technical perspective to our CRO team to help prioritize and roll out website experiments and A/B tests.
- Oversee and manage the integrations of our various data sources to ensure that it is available in the right systems at the right times to help support the operations teams.

Besides your awesome personality, you will get plus points for having:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or related roles with a significant focus on web development and performance
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting web analytics data to inform growth strategies
- Familiarity with web development processes and languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of the latest growth tools, platforms, and best practices in the industry
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a fast-paced environment
- Experience from a web or marketing agency is a plus, but not a requirement
