Your Role
Represent a leading Scandinavian insurance company with confidence and professionalism.
Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying their needs and interest areas.
Schedule qualified meetings directly into the insurer’s calendar — the insurance experts handle the final sales process.
Work collaboratively within a supportive team culture where everyone helps each other succeed.
Maintain communication standards and follow internal procedures to ensure high-quality outreach.
Your Qualifications
Fluent in Danish, with good understanding of English.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated by achieving targets.
Comfortable working in telemarketing, sales, or outbound calling environments.
Minimum 2 years of work experience (sales experience preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to identify new opportunities and proactively engage customers.
Strong computer navigation skills.
A natural team player with excellent interpersonal communication.
Willingness to go the extra mile to secure meetings.
Quality-focused, reliable, and able to work with freedom under responsibility.
Curious, eager to learn, and unafraid of challenges.
The Offer
Full-time contract (39 hours/week), Monday to Thursday.
On-site position in a modern office located in Benalmádena, Málaga.
