We are looking for a Campus manager, for Denmark and South Sweden region.
As Campus Manager you will have to provide effective HR support to the stores and management teams regarding Training & Development , Talent acquisition and corporate project implementation. You will be reporting to the HR Director and Head of Retail, and you will be based in ZARA Denmark.
Main responsibilities:
•Working closely with the management to coordinate recruitment activity for the stores. Supporting with selection process.
•Secure follow up and success of Leap & Co in your zone.
•Support together with the managers the ‘LEAPERS’ in their development plan to achieve their goals and discover their full potential.
•Support managers in creating development opportunities in their store and organizing skill assessments and development days.
•Development of the campus managers/team in your zone making sure all training needs are given on Product, Process and People.
• Close follow up on Customer Experience project implementation throughout the stores.
•Transmitting our commitment and strategy towards sustainability to all employees/managers in your zone.
•Follow up on internal vacancies in your zone.
Experience and skills:
•People management experience.
•Working experience in Talent acquisition and Talent management.
•Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building partnerships, motivating and influencing others.
•Strong communication and leadership skills, able to advise, coach and develop others confidently.
•Empathetic, humble, aligned with Company Culture and Values.
•Resilient and able to handle pressure and react quickly to situations, making timely decisions in challenging circumstances.
