We are looking for an auto mechanic for our big and professional workshop. As a mechanic here at Schmiedmann you'll get a lot of different work assignments but there won’t be any rust or sheet metal work. Your primary work assignments will be: service, troubleshooting, coding, repair, renovation, tuning, styling etc.

Your qualifications:
- You are a trained mechanic and can show us a certificate of completed apprenticeship.
- You have +5 years of experience as an auto mechanic.
- You are good at and interested in electronic troubleshooting using both manual measurement but also using e.g., a tester.
- You have some knowledge and experience with coding e.g., retrofitted equipment.
- You speak and read English at a level where you can communicate with your colleagues and use the diagnostic and test equipment without problems.
- You are careful and quality conscious.
- You are reliable.
- You are a person of order.
- You are flexible and get the job done, even if it sometimes takes an extra hour. (We will of course do everything we can to ensure that you can go home on time).

A little about our company
Schmiedmann Odense A/S is a 26-year-old company that work with international sales of BMW & MINI spare parts/equipment and BMW motorcycle spare parts/equipment. Schmiedmann consists of 2 Danish and 6 foreign departments, with the Odense department acting as a central warehouse and concept development site for the other departments. We are approximately 30 employees employed in the Odense branch. Our workshop consists of 1 auto mechanic and 1 workshop manager (there is room for 4 mechanics, which we would like to have in the long run).
