Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes, supporting our sales team, and ensuring seamless coordination between various departments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to establish best practices and standard operating procedures.

 

Sales Support:

  • Assist sales team members with administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, drafting proposals, and managing contracts.
  • Responsible of converting POs to invoices
  • Provide sales representatives with the necessary tools and resources to effectively meet their targets.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Assist supply chain operations when needed to maintain stable sales operations.

 

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Compile and analyze sales data to generate insights and identify trends.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and key metrics.
  • Utilize CRM and ERP systems to maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.

 

Training and Development:

  • Conduct training sessions for sales staff on new processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Offer ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives to enhance their skills and productivity.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between sales, marketing, and customer service departments.
  • Act as a point of contact for resolving interdepartmental issues and ensuring seamless integration of processes.

 

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Assist in managing customer accounts and resolving customer inquiries or issues.
  • Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

 

Qualifications:

  • bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP software (PipeDrive and Odoo) and must be experienced with Google Suite tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
