For our Solutions & Presales team, we are seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Student Helper to join our team, playing an important role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and sales strategy.

The role

Our Solutions & Presales team has responsibilities that go beyond traditional pre-sales responsibilities by incorporating a focus on Sales Enablement, ensuring our sales team is empowered with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in a competitive market.

The team: The Solutions & Presales team is a newly established team that consists of 3 members who are all engaged in delivering the best customer experiences. We foster a vibrant team culture, celebrating victories and organizing quarterly team-building activities. Past events include go-karting, laser-tag, and spa days, enhancing the camaraderie that fuels our success. We also prioritize your growth, investing in training, and refining pre-sales efforts.

Aside from the English requirement, professional proficiency in a language spoken in one of our main markets (Danish, Dutch, German, or Swedish) is beneficial but not required.

  • Are studying something relevant to this position Computer Science, Engineering, Web Development, etc.
  • Have experience with web development best practices and know your ins-and-outs of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (preferably also C# and .NET)

Responsibilities

After going through comprehensive training, where you will learn all about our software and services, and become a certified Umbraco Master, your responsibilities will include:

Technical Expertise:

  • Understand and articulate the technical aspects of our products/services to clients
  • Collaborate with the product development team to stay current on product features and updates
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings

Sales Enablement:

  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and technical documentation
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their understanding of our products and improve their sales effectiveness
  • Create tools and resources that support the sales team in addressing client needs and objections

Customer Engagement:

  • Act as a technical advisor during client meetings, addressing inquiries and providing solutions tailored to their specific requirements
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client pain points and contribute to the development of tailored solutions
Practicalities
  • Starting date as soon as possible, preferably no later than Mar 1, 2025.
  • This role is a part-time student helper position of 15-20 hours/week, in-person at our headquarters in Odense, Denmark
  • The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to extend the student helper position with a 3-month internship (as part of your education) during the summer term of 2025.
