We are currently looking for a Software Developer to join the Cloud Feature Team at Umbraco.
This team consists of 7 bright and friendly team members who develop, run, and maintain different services in Umbraco Cloud. This team acts as the touch point between the cloud and our customers, fulfilling duties such as payments and billing, managing the lifecycle of customer projects, and overseeing how much resources customer projects use, among others.
The roleThe purpose of this role is to strengthen the Cloud Feature Team. With your experience and knowledge, you will help us improve our services and make them better and friendlier for our customers to work with. You will have the opportunity to start making a difference from day one.
You can expect to be working on:
- Building and improving our payments and billing system.
- Developing and deploying shiny new services in order to improve Umbraco Cloud.
- Maintaining existing services with bug fixes and incremental improvements.
- Monitoring our services and supporting our colleagues that use them.

What we expect from you:
- 4+ years of experience with C# / ASP.NET / .NET.
- Experience with relational databases. We use SQL Server.
- Experience with distributed systems. We run microservices.
- Experience building REST APIs.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Azure.
At Umbraco, we have a work from anywhere policy that enables you to work where you see fit and are most productive. We would however prefer that you are not too far away in time zones for this role (our timezone is CET).
Practicalities- Preffered starting date: 1st of October/November 2024
- Full Time position of 37 hour/month
- On-site at one of DK offices or remote
- You can expect at least 4 visits per year to our HQ office in Odense
