Autorola Solutions is currently expanding and is looking to add a new member to their team as a Business Process Consultant. If you have a passion for transforming technical digital solutions into value-adding activities for customers and thrive in a dynamic international environment, this opportunity may be perfect for you. In this role, you will be involved in both presales assistance and project management, ensuring the successful implementation and configuration of customer solutions in collaboration with various stakeholders.

As part of a diverse team of five skilled Business Process Consultants, your primary focus will be on customer onboarding projects related to Autorola's flagship solution, "Fleet Monitor." This solution seamlessly integrates with customers' systems, supporting their workflow throughout the entire car lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal. Fleet owners, including banks, leasing companies, dealers, and OEMs, rely on this solution to efficiently process and manage their car volumes.

Role responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Sales team and Key Account Managers in identifying the right solution for each customer based on their specific needs and expectations, aligning them with the technical capabilities of "Fleet Monitor" (both standard and customized features).
  • Participating in meetings with customers and colleagues from around the world.
  • Acting as the project lead, ensuring the continuous alignment of goals, scopes, processes, timelines, and budgets with various internal and external stakeholders, following Autorola's established project model.
  • Configuring and integrating the system to meet the customer's requirements.
  • Implementing and providing training to customers on Autorola solutions.
  • Creating customized reports for customers.
  • Developing user guides for new functionalities as needed.
  • Providing general customer support and assistance.

You will be part of a well-established international organization experiencing significant growth, particularly in the German, Australian, French, Turkish, and UAE markets. Collaboration with colleagues from different subsidiaries worldwide will be essential to deliver the best possible solutions and support to customers. Your qualifications

To excel in this role as a Business Process Consultant, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience in project management, particularly in system implementation, business management, software specifications, and configuration.
  • The ability to translate customer demands into digital solutions that add value.
  • A customer-oriented approach with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
  • A well-rounded skill set, bridging the gap between business and IT and having a comprehensive understanding of both sides.
  • A resilient and mature attitude, coupled with humility.
  • Comfort navigating different time zones, cultures, and languages while considering the world as your workplace.
  • An agile mindset and adaptability to quickly embrace and adjust to changes.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Danish at a high professional level.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written German at a professional level is advantageous.

Your personality is crucial in this role. You should bring a positive attitude, a strong drive, and the ability to build valuable relationships across cultures and positions. You are motivated by being a collaborative team player, both in terms of knowledge sharing and team success.
